Digital display automatic Rockwell hardness tester, automatic
conversion of hardness value, convenient data output
The HRS-150 digital display automatic Rockwell hardness tester has
novel appearance, interface menu, measuring device adopts grating
sensor and computer control, and the hardness indication value is
directly displayed on the liquid crystal screen as a mechanical and
electrical integration hardness testing instrument.
The machine can automatically convert various hardness parameters
to each other to identify the minimum thickness of the test piece
and the ambient temperature of the test. Built-in printer to read
the relevant test results. Automated operation is eliminated,
eliminating human error and reading errors
.
Main functions and features:
1. Directly display the test hardness value through the large LCD
screen;
2. The shell is made of one-time molding and casting by a special
sand-finding process, with a stable structure and no deformation,
and can work in a relatively harsh environment; the car paint has
high grades, strong scratch resistance, and it is still bright as
new after many years of use;
3. We have the ability to develop, design, produce and process by
ourselves, and provide parts replacement and maintenance and
upgrade services for the machine for life;
